JOB DESCRIPTION:

Abbott GmbH in Austria is looking for a Health Insurance Billing Specialist(m/f/d), based in our office in Vienna.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for health insurance billing
• Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
• Make sure all necessary data/documents for billing are sent to HIC in time.
• Review test certificate from OptaData and take action if necessary.
• Review settlement from HIC and take action if necessary.
• Invoice adjustments, creation of debits and credits.
• First contact for OptaData.
• First contact internally and externally for HIC billing-related topics.

Qualification:

• Apprenticeship as Office Clerk/Business school/Business Academy.
• Adequate work experience.

• Basic product knowledge.
• Strong communication skills both verbal (incl. telephone) and written.
• Keen on numbers, accurate.
• Good MS Office knowledge & ERP system knowledge.
• Strong team player, proactive working method.
• Basic economic understanding.
• Fluent in German and English Level B1.

In accordance with legal requirements, the minimum salary by the collective agreement (KV-Handel, for at least 7 years of professional experience) is €2,609 on a full-time basis. However, we offer a market-based overpayment, which depends on qualifications and experience."
