Mandatory skill set

  • Good Understanding and Hands on experience on following:

BASE24-POS and BASE24-ATM  COBOL, Screen Cobol, TACL, TAL  BASE24-eps and UPF - Must C++, Java, Groovy Scripting

  • Strong technical writing ability – documentation of technical components 
  • Software Development Lifecycle under an Agile model with great emphasis on Shift-Left methodology 
  • Design and document the solution for BASE24-eps & UPF 
  • DevOps with automated CI/CD pipelines 
  • Minimum 5-8 years working experience on project Implementation in a bank or processor environment using Base24/BASE24-eps
  • Understanding of Base24 source codes, change and release management, application debugging, and problem resolution
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills experience on Base24 ATM, Schemes, ISO, Host ISO interfaces, UPF
  • Good understanding of ISO message format (ISO 8583-87, ISO 5883-93, ISO 20022)
  • BASE24 domain knowledge
    • XPNET
    • ATM/POS
    • ATM config files
    • Interchange interface
    • ISO8583
    • EMV/Contactless
  • Good Knowledge of Enscribe file system and Guardian Procedure Calls.
  • Knowledge of transaction testing tools or simulators
  • Should have good understanding on application architecture and design
  • Understanding of BASE24-eps Component, Journals, Scripting.
  • Good hands-on Experience on Linux.
  • Domain knowledge on ICE-XS, Microservices, HSM (Atalla), Keys.
  • UPF BSI links.
  • BASE24-eps (would have Experience in ATM Customization in BASE24-eps)

Preferred skill set:

  • Good interpersonal skills including oral and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities

Roles & responsibilities:

  • In depth knowledge of payment related applications in financial organization/Banking domain
  • Need to understand the client functional requirements and translate it to the effective code
  • Well versed in supporting application on multiple platforms
  • Analytical skills to investigate technical issues and troubleshooting it
  • Dynamic work attitude, ownership and commitment towards organizational and team goals is a must
