Murex North America, Inc. seeks a CEM Consultant in New York, NY.

Duties: Deploy and manage Murex Software needed for Murex client’s projects using proprietary Murex tools and scripts. Use internal Murex configuration management tools to import/export configuration items and analyze related issues. Perform database sanitization and purging procedures. Perform binary upgrades for existing clients. Perform initial installation for new clients. Provide first level client support for all deployments done at client locations. Document official installation guides, methodologies, and solutions. Utilize case manager tool to manage all requests. Creation of scripts (shell, SQL, etc.) to provide non-native solutions. Telecommuting is permitted.

Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering, or a related field (or its equivalent).

Position requires a Master’s degree with 1 year of experience with:

• Working in a CI/CD environment.

• Position requires a Master’s degree with any amount of academic training or experience with:

• CI tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps and others.

• Version control systems such as GIT.

• Automation tools and scripting languages.

• Technical machine specifications.

• XML manipulation.

• UNIX Operation.

• RDMS Operation.
