Position Summary 

This position is fully remote and can be located anywhere in the United States. 

As a Business Lead (Pharmacy Value Delivery & Connectivity), you will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering a long-term roadmap enabling Technology solutions. This team is engaged across all functions of pharmacy operations, with emphasis on dispensing (fulfillment) systems and processes. You will have the opportunity to ideate and drive new strategic, innovation and operational initiatives, which will have a profound impact on the future direction of the company. 
 
In this role you will lead a team to enhance features within our core dispensing systems as well as other integrated technology solutions. The goal is to simplify, automate, and streamline the current dispensing processes. 

  

Daily responsibilities include: 

  • Develop requirements for capabilities by documenting clearly defined Acceptance Criteria and Testing Considerations
  • Partner cross-functionally with our business and strategy partners to prioritize capabilities to best achieve business goals working with team and stakeholders  
  • Review test cases and test results suggesting to change to provide guidance/input regarding acceptance criteria and test results
  • Manages implementation; coordinates deployment communications, training, work instructions, etc., shakeout release support
  • Participates in all engineering led SCRUM ceremonies to ensure effective transition of the product into user acceptance testing and deployment phases for our business partners 

The Business Lead (Pharmacy Value Delivery & Connectivity), will have strong organizational and presentation skills. The ability to establish working partnerships in a matrixed technology environment is imperative. You will use your analytical and problem-solving skills to solve challenging issues and identify innovative solutions. You will own root cause analysis, solution ideation, development of requirements with a focus on integration of technology solutions, platform transitions and reporting activities. You will support operational standardization activities, partner with operational leaders to deliver key migration activities, act as a liaison to ensure data integrity and deliver on key milestones. The contributions you make will help to ensure CVS Health maintains its position as a leader. 

 
Required Qualifications 

  • 1-3 years of experience in project and/or people management 
  • 1-3 years of experience with agile product development methods 
  • 3+ years of experience or Advanced level skill in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word); MS Teams. 

 
Preferred Qualifications 

  • 1+ years of experience executing root cause analysis, solution ideation, process improvement, operations analysis, or operations management.
  • Demonstrated ability to determine key business issues and develop appropriate action plans from multi-disciplinary and clinical perspectives.
  • Proven experience leading operational improvement efforts including analysis and synthesis of data into relevant insights
  • Extensive knowledge of pharmacy dispensing and supportive processes and systems.
  • Ability as a leader to develop talent, foster innovation, and promote a growth mindset.
  • Demonstrated team facilitation skills including ability to prioritize tasks across a team to meet business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, including aptitude for writing, fact gathering, and analysis of requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
