Job Description:

As our Assistant Accountant at Likewize, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Device Protection Finance team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform all daily transactions including bank/prepaid journals/accruals

• Perform all accounts payable & receivable and merchant payment processing

• Assist with monthly reporting process

• Perform general ledger reconciliations

• Maintain fixed asset register

• Support the team in audits, projects, documentation and continuous improvement

About You

As a recent graduate with some experience in an accounting environment you will bring your enthusiasm and attention to detail to support our small but dynamic team. Reporting to the Financial Controller - Device Protection you will have the opportunity to fast track your growth in an autonomous role supported by a hard working and close knit team. You will have strong attention to detail, an ability to problem solve and enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders.

This role is based in our Macquarie Park office (hybrid) however we are also open to candidates based in Melbourne.
