Must have Skills : Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations Good to Have Skills : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Key ResponsibilitiesA. Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud.B. Ability to create or update Functional/Technical design documents.C. Develop Integrations/Reports and Perform testing.D. Responsible for project deliverables from offshore.E. Should be able to conduct Demos, Functional and Technical discussions with Onshore teams including end Customer. Technical Experience : Experience with HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, HDL, Fast Formulas, and Personalizations. Worked on Oracle HCM Cloud modules Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, ORC, OLC, OTL . Skilled in SQL, RTF Etext Excel XSL templates, inbound outbound integrations, OIC, Report Security, Design Studio, Page Composer, and EL Expressions. PL SQL is a plus. Professional Attributes : Strong written and oral communication skills – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results – Excellent analytical and presentation skills – Committed to meeting deadlines and delivering quality outcomes – Able to handle client discussions independently with excellent communication. Educational Qualification: Mandatory experience in the primary skill. Any Oracle certification is preferred Additional Information : B.E/MBA/MCA. Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
