YOUR MISSION

The Revenue Enablement Team enables the productivity of our Sales and Account Managers through Onboarding, Ongoing Training, Tools and Communications. We are strongly engaged in empowering every employee to be the best version of themselves & to accelerate Glovo’s growth. This includes making learning a key element of our success.We partner with various departments across the company including Sales, Account Managers, Product, Operations, Marketing and Analytics to build training and programs that enable the business to move faster and be more productive.

THE JOURNEY

As a Training Specialist, you will be part of the Enablement Team, and report to the Global Head of Enablement. Your main mission will be to design, develop and deliver Commercial Trainings globally. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your corporate training skill and it’s perfect for a person who is looking to have a significant impact on a huge Commercial Organization.

Be a part of a team where you will:

Develop and Own Sales Training Programs:

  • Lead the creation and development of the Glovo Sales Academy platform.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and continuous training programs.

Learning Gap Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough learning gap analyses to identify specific knowledge and skill needs.
  • Analyze the sales cycle to pinpoint key gaps and develop suitable solutions.

Training Facilitation:

  • Facilitate engaging training programs applying adult learning theory effectively.
  • Utilize a wide range of techniques to ensure engagement, knowledge transfer, skill development, and fun learning experiences.

Training Cost Optimization:

  • Measure and optimize return of investment (ROI), ensuring every training moves the needle towards achieving key business goals.

Effectiveness Assessment:

  • Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives by monitoring key business KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Evaluate behavior changes and gather qualitative feedback to continuously improve training programs.

Community Support and Coaching:

  • Support and coach the Ambassadors Community to build personalized learning paths.
  • Foster a strong learning culture across the organization.

Content Design and Delivery:

  • Design and deliver high-quality content using Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LxP) tools.

Best Practices and Knowledge Standardization:

  • Proactively surface and implement best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to scale and standardize knowledge across teams.

Process Improvement and change management:

  • Utilize knowledge of company processes to suggest and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • You have 4+ years of experience in Corporate Training, Education or related domains.
  • You have deep knowledge and strong on the job experience around learning methods, technology, LMS and best practices.
  • You have a minimum 1 year experience working with Commercial Teams.
  • You are familiar with SCORM/LMS software.
  • You are highly capable of working independently with remote management and excel in an environment where there is constant change. 
  • You love helping people. 
  • You are fluent in English and able to engage internal and external stakeholders. 
  • You know how to balance speed while driving towards a strategic long-term roadmap. 
  • You are at ease with data and you enjoy solving problems.
