Job Description

As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will demonstrate Philips IGT and CT systems, explain system functionality, train users, customize system configurations, and advise customers on optimal system setup.
You will also contribute to the development of improved system settings and new functionalities, ensuring clinical solutions meet customer and market needs.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and deliver tailored training materials and educational programs aligned to specific clinical specialties and user roles to maximize the value of Philips solutions.

  • Configure and adapt Philips clinical applications to diverse healthcare environments to optimize functionality and usability based on clinical needs.

  • Analyze clinical workflows to identify improvement opportunities that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

  • Provide expert clinical and technical guidance to ensure effective integration and utilization of Philips systems.

  • Assess customer needs and develop customized implementation strategies aligned with clinical and organizational objectives.

  • Deliver clear and effective training, demonstrations, and presentations to diverse clinical and technical audiences.

  • Ensure accurate documentation of implementations, customer interactions, and support activities in CRM and project systems.

  • Execute implementation activities in line with project timelines and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

You're the right fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a medical or healthcare-related field (required).

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical support within the healthcare market or assistive medical technology in medical centers.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a high level of autonomy and strong customer orientation.

  • Fluency in Spanish and intermediate proficiency in English.

  • Previous experience working with Philips systems is desirable.

  • Willingness and ability to travel within Mexico.

  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a (virtual) team across all levels of the organization.
