We are looking for someone who loves operations, gets excited about problem solving with various cross functional teams, and is passionate about building relationships. 

The position will report to Manager, Inventory Control & Master Data Governance and He/she will partner with various stakeholders to support our Global Master Data Management needs, which include but are not limited to; building best practices, implementing new procedure and policy and management of all internal Master Data objects. 

Overall Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of Master Data rules and standard practices.
  • Data Enrichment flows
  • Departmental data attributes responsibilities
• Maintain, refine, and update Active Master Data attributes and fields in Net Suite
  • Building more efficient ways to carry out said data updates.
• Ownership of BOM creation and maintenance in Net Suite
  • Ensuring all BOM’s Active Dates are maintained and or ended based on Production Planning Requirements
• Ownership and Development of Automated data flows between Net Suite and 3^rd Party Systems
• Running Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting to ensure all Master Data attributes fields are populated in Net Suite

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related fields
• 1-2+ years’ experience in Operations and Supply Chain
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Attention to detail – must analyze many pieces of data
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to operate effectively and efficiently on a somewhat independent level
• A strong business sense and experience operating in small to medium-sized business environment
• Net Suite experience is preferred
• Beauty Industry experience is preferred
