About the team and the position
The Corporate Development team at Cognite works with teams across the company on a wide variety of strategic initiatives. The team of five has grown to become an integral part of advising the senior management team on company direction.
The Corporate Development team work in the intersection of strategy and finance and primarily focuses on four areas: 1) Corporate finance including M&A, investor relations, fundraising and equity program management; 2) strategic partnership development; 3) new business development; 4) Running high-stakes cross-company initiatives.
