Our HR Technology Operations team plays a pivotal role in achieving this goal by leveraging cutting-edge HR technology and ensuring the seamless operation of our systems, including Workday and STAS (Persona). We seek a talented HR Technology Senior Coordinator to join our team and help us drive excellence by effectively managing our technology, tools, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily data entry tasks, investigate errors, and make enhancements in the STAS/Persona and Workday applications.
  • Understand and communicate best practices in labour scheduling and time & attendance processing.
  • Create efficient organizational structures and finalize EIBs to support company transitions in Workday.
  • Manage ServiceNow queues to provide timely support and resolve user issues.
  • Analyze data to provide insights for decision-making and process improvements. Generate reports and dashboards to track key metrics.
  • Continuously evaluate tools and processes for improvement opportunities, suggesting and implementing optimizations to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Assist with projects to improve or develop processes to enhance store operations and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with resources from other business areas to provide accurate and timely support for projects.

 Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Workday or STAS (Persona).
  • Experience in retail store operations, with a strong focus on labour scheduling practices and time & attendance processing.
  • Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements and Employment Standards Acts is desired.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise presentations.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
