What We'll Bring:

As the Automation and AI Design within the CIS team (Global Operations), you will lead the strategic design of integrated transformation solutions across business capabilities such as Process transformation, Knowledge Management, Workflow Automation, and Applied AI. You will be responsible for shaping future-state processes, solution blueprints, and design standards that enable scalable, sustainable, and high-impact transformation outcomes.

This role serves as the design authority across CIS capabilities, ensuring that business needs are translated into cohesive, well-architected solutions. You will work closely with Solution Delivery and Capability Development Leads to align tools, methods, and reusable assets, and with Solution Delivery leaders to ensure seamless execution of designed solutions.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across Global Technology, Product, Data Science & Analytics, and Business Operations to identify opportunities for design-driven transformation, oversee the execution of projects in alignment to approved design, and ensure the delivery of world-class experiences for customers and employees.

This is a virtual position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually and from time to time in-person at various TU office locations.

Impact You'll Make:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture, process design, with 7+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record in designing enterprise-scale solutions across multiple capabilities.
• Strong understanding of BPM, BPI, BPR, KM, Automation, and AI integration.
• Experience in design governance, standards development, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
