At Crisp, we’re on a mission to help 1,000 law firms each grow their revenue by $10,000,000 over the next 10 years, creating a $10 billion impact in the legal industry.

As the Senior Marketing Project Manager, you will oversee project execution across Crisp’s marketing department, ensuring timely delivery and top-notch quality. This role is about keeping the engine running efficiently by coordinating efforts across four key marketing teams: Creative, Brand, Demand Generation, and Operations. You will work closely with cinematographers, editors, designers, social media managers, podcast producers, copywriters, paid ads specialists, and email marketing specialists to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of marketing initiatives.

While you may not always be doing the technical work yourself (though, you should have some capability to), your deep understanding of marketing processes, tools, and platforms (specifically our tech stack mentioned further below) will enable you to understand what’s going on, call a spade a spade when necessary, hold teams accountable, optimize workflows, and ensure every project aligns with Crisp’s standards of excellence.

Who You Are

You are always about continuous improvement and raising standards. You’re a master organizer and a strong people manager who thrives on getting things done. You’re not afraid to hold folks accountable and be the “glue” that holds it all together.

You’ve met with C-level executives and business owners on a weekly basis to provide updates and move the needle. With experience in managing marketing projects and leading cross-functional teams, you bring a proactive approach to solving problems and delivering results.

You have a background in marketing operations or project management, and while you’ve been hands-on in the past, your current strength lies in orchestrating efforts across teams. You’re a ClickUp (or similar) wizard and understand how to keep everyone aligned, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.

You’re assertive but approachable, holding team members accountable while fostering collaboration. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to clarify priorities, eliminate roadblocks, and keep projects moving forward.

Why our work matters:

Lawyers go to law school to learn how to practice law, but law school doesn’t teach them how to run a business. In a world where the best cases often go to the best marketers, not necessarily the best lawyers, legal expertise alone isn’t enough. That’s where Crisp comes in.

We partner with committed, growth-minded law firms that care deeply about their teams, clients, and communities. Often, it’s a David vs. Goliath scenario, where the most dedicated attorneys lack the resources of their larger competitors.

Our mission is to level the playing field, equipping these firms with the tools, strategies, and support they need to stand out and win.

We empower law firms to not only grow their businesses but also make a bigger impact — delivering better outcomes and driving positive change.

At Crisp, we’re here to ensure that the best law firms, no matter their size, have a fighting chance to lead, serve, and transform their communities.

By empowering our law firm clients to succeed, we’re not just building stronger businesses; we’re creating a ripple effect of positive change that impacts lives, families, and communities across the country.

Why you should work here:

  • You will become part of an incredibly crafted and unified company culture with an attentive CEO and teammates who are truly dedicated to success.
  • You will work with people from all departments who are happy to help and teach as you work towards growth.
  • You will experience working for a company that is truly leading the industry and constantly innovating. Complacency is not part of our vocabulary.
  • You will be in an environment that is always ready to tackle a new initiative and put creative ideas into action.
  • You will grow personally and professionally. Every measure is taken to ensure our team members thrive. Our Continuing Crisp Education (CCE) program encourages and rewards classes, certifications, book clubs, and trainings.

Additional perks:

  • 100% Crisp paid health, vision, and dental insurance, with option to add spouse and dependents
  • 5 weeks of paid time off a year, completely off the grid, including 7 paid holidays plus the entire week between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day
  • 401(k) with up to 4% company match (AKA free money)

We’re all about working hard and staying humble. In the spirit of humble bragging, here are some of our awards and accolades:

If you’re looking for a job that’s boring and easy, you won’t find that here. We put 110% into everything we do. Greatness is achieved through hard work, discipline, and sacrifice, and we’re determined to be great. We’re not crazy; we just believe in what we do.
