The Opportunity:
Responsible for oversight of the Client Services Department or Patient Service Centers under the direction of the Saint Luke's Regional Laboratories (SLRL) Manager Outreach Services.
Shift: Full-time, evening shift. Shift: 1330-2200. 5x8 hour shifts per week with a rotating weekend, including a holiday rotation. Possibility of a 4x10 shifts per week option.
The Work:
Trains new staff.
Edits and reviews timecards.
Revises procedure manuals.
Assists SLRL Manager Outreach Services in establishing staff performance criteria for customer service and telephone etiquette, timeliness of problem resolution and compliance with department processes.
Serves as a resource for escalation of problem issues by the Client Services associates.
Monitors performance of laboratory couriers.
Monitors and guides organization and protocols for stocking and delivery of supplies.
