About the Role:

About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven ASO Specialist to drive our app store optimisation efforts across multiple regions. This role will be responsible for managing the conversion optimisation work stream, analysing app performance, and implementing ASO strategies in partnership with our external ASO agency. The ideal candidate is passionate about mobile marketing, SEO, and analytics, with hands-on experience in optimising apps for both Google Play and Apple App Store. This role will be hybrid (2-3 days a week) based in our London office and will report to the Global ASO Lead.

You Will:

  • Own the conversion optimization workstream and custom product pages, driving data-driven strategies to enhance app store performance and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the creative team and external ASO agency to generate hypotheses, localize content, and design A/B tests for app store assets.
  • Coordinate requests and align strategies with Product Marketing Managers (PMM) and Regional Marketing (RM) teams to ensure cohesive execution across markets.
  • Analyze app performance data and trends to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and optimizing app store presence.
  • Design and execute A/B tests for various app store elements, including icons, screenshots, videos, and descriptions, to identify the most effective creative assets for driving conversions.
  • Report on key ASO, A/B test results, and conversion metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the localization of app store content for global markets to ensure optimal performance.
  • Stay up to date on ASO trends, best practices, and algorithm changes across app stores.

You Have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in App Store Optimization
  • Proven track record of improving app rankings and visibility on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Experience with A/B testing and creative optimization for app store listings
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of ASO tools and platforms Experience with localization and translation for global markets is a plus.
