We are seeking an Outside Advertising Sales Professional to own and grow revenue within a defined territory through cinema advertising and complementary digital media solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced, relationship-driven seller who enjoys building a territory, owning results, and acting as a trusted marketing consultant to local businesses and regional/statewide advertising agencies. You’ll represent a high-impact advertising medium that connects brands with engaged audiences in their local communities on the big screen and beyond.

Sell with a consultative mindset by recommending customized cinema and digital media solutions that align with client objectives and drive measurable results.

Drive new business development through proactive prospecting, disciplined pipeline management, and strategic territory planning.

Manage the full sales cycle- from prospecting to negotiation and close- for hyper-local, local, and statewide advertising campaigns.

Build and maintain long-term client and agency relationships, leveraging existing connections while developing new opportunities.

Conduct face-to-face client meetings and presentations across your territory, sharing media offerings, audience insights, and campaign performance strategies.

Collaborate with internal sales leadership and support teams while serving as a visible brand ambassador in the market.

Stay informed on industry trends and evolving media products, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable resource in a dynamic advertising landscape.
What You Bring

3+ years of successful outside sales experience, with a strong preference for advertising or agency sales.

Proven track record of prospecting, influencing decision-makers, negotiating, and closing new business.

Established relationships within the local advertising or agency community are highly valued.

Self-motivated and disciplined, comfortable working independently from a home office and managing your own territory.

Experience with strategic account planning, proposal development, and pipeline management.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily local travel.

Ability to quickly learn and confidently articulate new products and solutions in a fast-paced media environment.
