What will your responsibilities be?

  • Receiving, sending, and recording mail on a daily basis
  • Receiving calls and sending messages
  • Ensuring entries in the guest book upon arrival and departure
  • Introducing visitors to directors and management, and contacting other employees by phone to accompany their visits
  • Conducting training on the Health and Safety Directive for all visitors to Adient Trenčín and recording the relevant documentation
  • Checking the status of the warehouse of refreshments and office supplies
  • Providing documents for the purchase of refreshments and drinks, and keeping records in this area
  • Helping in the preparation of social events in cooperation with the management assistant
  • Providing refreshments at work meetings
  • Providing documents for the purchase of administrative supplies, issuing office supplies and other work tools from the warehouse of office supplies, and keeping records in this area - warehouse records and stock cards of items taken by employees
  • Ensuring visual management in the lobby and meeting rooms
  • Being responsible for registering, assigning, and documenting any damage to company pool vehicles
  • Providing access administration (allocation, control, renewal, and deletion of data on smart cards required for entry to the premises) for authorized employees, partners, and visitors of the company - this activity takes place in specific CONTAL software
  • Providing support for the facility department in the form of technical records, filling in records, data, and information in the Building Monitoring (BM) dispatch system
  • Providing support for the facility department in the form of technical records, filling in records, data, and information in the Energy Management (EM) energy system

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

  • Secondary education
  • Driver’s license (Category B)
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English
