Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our Implementation team. The Implementation Coordinator role offers a chance to prove yourself and grow your career!  Skills are essential, but we also want the person with the “right DNA” to work in an environment where we all wear multiple hats.  This dynamic role is suited for someone looking to work with various tasks who has a strong technical aptitude and a proactive personality.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing the timely collection of client order details through frequent and regular engagement with our clients.

  • Configuring order selections in our proprietary system

  • Managing the timeline of service delivery to meet client deadlines

  • Liaising with stakeholders as issues/delays arise to reset expectations

  • Attending internal meetings to provide order status updates and relay client enhancement requests for platform development

  • Holding kickoff meetings with clients and training them on product functionality

Qualification

  • Have 1+ years of experience in a customer service delivery role  

  • Experience coordinating and processing orders through to delivery

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral

  • Strong attention to details

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks accordingly

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Embrace a growth mindset

Salary will be in line with experience and qualifications.
