The DB Marketing Analyst 2 is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently supports the implementation of database marketing programs. Leads small projects from implementation to completion.
  • Identifies project objectives according to business specifications.
  • Develops and monitors project task plans and timelines to manage execution steps of programs.
  • Partners with the business to develop segmentation execution reports.
  • Uses discretionary judgment when providing process change recommendations to management and other team members.
  • Collaborates with peers and business partners in: selection strategy development, operating procedures development, audit and business reporting, change management and issue resolution.
  • Uses business and technical knowledge to ensure that process flow improvements and strategies comply with business requirements and security guidelines.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Escolaridad: Matemáticas Aplicadas a la Computación, Ingeniería en sistemas, Ingeniería en Computación, Informática o afines.

Tiempo de experiencia: Deseable 1 año en el sector financiero en áreas de Campañas Bancarias – Venta Cruzada.

Funciones del puesto:

  • Validar e interpretar la documentación recibida de las áreas de negocio.
  • Interactuar con diferentes áreas de Diseño para la mejora de procesos.
  • Ejecutar procesos y re-procesos de acuerdo al requerimiento de negocio.
  • Codificar la política y criterios solicitados para la campaña en BRE Ab Initio.
  • Recopilar y validar los insumos (base de datos) necesarios para la campaña.
  • Validar que las reglas y volúmenes obtenidos sean los solicitados.
  • Elaborar la documentación referente a la campaña. (control de cambios, limpieza de códigos, llevar a cabo el correcto flujo de venta cruzada)
  • Cumplir con los tiempos de entrega solicitados para no poner en riesgo la vigencia de la campaña.
  • Generación de documentación y flujo de procesos, así como proponer mejoras en eficiencia de procesos de venta cruzada.

Habilidades:

  • Capacidad analítica y numérica.
  • Capacidad multitarea.
  • Análisis y explotación de bases de datos (SAS), experiencia mínima de 2 años.
  • Conocimientos en SQL (Nivel Medio - Avanzado).
  • Conocimientos de programación (R, Python, Java, otros). (Deseable)
  • Conocimiento de configuración en BRE – Express it / GDE (Deseable)
  • Manejo de Access, Excel, Macros (Nivel Medio)
  • Conocimientos Teóricos en Metodologías de Mejora de Procesos (Lean, TQM, Six Sigma, Rediseño de Procesos) (deseable)
  • Trabajo bajo presión.
  • Orientado a resultados.
  • Facilidad para el trabajo en equipo.
  • Alto sentido de responsabilidad.
  • Tolerancia a la frustración y la ambigüedad.
