We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Logistics and Fulfillment to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and lead various aspects of the organization's operations, responsible for building out and leading the operational roadmap for all our kitchens across the US. Your time will be spent overseeing daily activities of the operational logistics and fulfillment in each location, creating a positive workplace culture and driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage procurement activities including sourcing, vendor negotiations, and contract management
- Oversee transportation planning to optimize logistics and distribution processes
- Utilize systems such as 3PL, CMMS, and AS400 to streamline operations
- Lead operations management efforts to ensure smooth workflow and productivity
- Supervise materials handling procedures to maintain inventory accuracy
- Implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
- Drive category management initiatives to improve product offerings and profitability

Skills
-10+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of 3PL, CMMS, AS400 systems
- Exceptional operations management skills with a focus on materials handling and inventory control
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
- Comprehensive background in Production, Shipping, Receiving, and Warehousing
- Effective project management skills, well-versed in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement (Six Sigma, APICS, Kaizen certification preferred)

Ability to Commute: Brooklyn, NY 11201 (Required)

Compensation

All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Pay Range for this position
$200,000β€”$230,000 USD
