THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Serve as the technical counterpart for our account executives. Our product's success relies on seamless integrations. You will enable marketing use cases on our platform by facilitating data import and export from CRMs and shop systems. Collaborate with the sales team to tailor solutions based on each customer's unique setup.
• Work closely with experienced Product Managers on product discovery and execution, allowing you to delve deep into product capabilities and enhance your core responsibilities as a solutions engineer.
• Partner with the Success team to coordinate customization work for key accounts, ensuring that customer-specific needs are met efficiently and effectively.

• Resourceful and hands-on approach to problem-solving and task execution.
• A strong desire to deeply connect customer pain points and business problems to charles’ capabilities
• Organized and proactive communication skills, with a talent for effective stakeholder management.
• Eager to learn and absorb knowledge from cross-team expertise.
• Experience in programming and technical implementations.
• Have hands-on experience with web services, APIs, and common authentication patterns (OAuth2, API Keys, etc)
• Have a basic understanding of programming languages and can do scripting
• Experience working with CRMs, shop systems, Adtech, or Martech platforms.
• (Bonus) Hands-on web development skills
