ソリューション・エンジニア(Solutions Engineer)は、Autodeskのセールス、カスタマーサクセス、コンサルティング、マーケティングチームと密接に連携しながら顧客と会話し、顧客の環境、プロセス、技術およびビジネス課題や要求を理解した上で顧客ニーズを満たすソリューションを提案することがミッションです。

今回募集しているポジションは、 CAMソリューション・エンジニアです。金属機械加工を行っている製造業の顧客がAutodeskのCAM製品とソリューションでデジタルトランスフォーメーション推進できるように支援します。
 

業務内容

  • 製造業の顧客に対し、顧客および社内外関係者と協働し、CAMソフトウェアを中心としたAutodeskソリューションを提案します。

  • Autodeskソリューションの営業案件に対して、顧客のビジネスおよび業務プロセスの現状をヒアリングし、課題分析、ソリューション立案、デモンストレーション、概念実証、効果算出など営業案件のクロージングまでのプリセールス業務を行います。

  • Autodesk CAMソリューションをプロモーションするための活動として、マーケティングチームを支援するためにコンテンツ作成やセミナーでの技術的な発表などを行います。

  • 金属機械加工およびCAM分野内でのビジネスプロセス、技術トレンド、ワークフローに関する包括的な知識を維持し、必要な洞察とガイダンスを顧客・社内外関係者提供し、「信頼できるアドバイザー」としての関係を築きます。

最低限の資格要件

  • 5年以上のCAMまたは機械加工業界での実務経験

  • または、5年以上のCAMソフトウェアのプリセールス経験

  • 機械加工およびCAM業界におけるプロセス、テクノロジーとトレンドに関する知識と理解

  • 最大30%までの出張が可能

  • 優れた口頭および書面のコミュニケーションスキル

  • ビジネスレベルの英語力

  • ポストプロセッサ作成の知識と経験

  • 課題および要件収集のたまの高いヒアリング能力

Position Overview

Autodesk has an exciting opportunity within our Technical Sales organization, focused on Autodesk CAM solutions.

We have an opening for a Solutions Engineer for CAM, who will help our customers to increase operational efficiency and manufacturing throughput. Your mission will be to work directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and define a technical solution based on Autodesk products and technology, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Consulting and Marketing, to help our customers to drive Digital Transformation across their organizations.
 

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers and internal/ external stakeholders for CAM sales opportunities in Japanese manufacturing industry

  • Responsible for technical discovery, problem analysis, solution planning, proof of concept, demonstration, and outcome calculation from the early stage of the sales process through to closing

  • Promoting Autodesk CAM solutions involves creating content and giving technical presentations to support the marketing teams

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of business processes, technology trends, and workflows within the area of expertise, and provide the insights and guidance to customers and internal/external stakeholders and build relationships as a "Trusted Advisor"

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on CNC Machining and CAM experience

  • OR 5+ years of experience in pre-sales of CAM software

  • Understand the technology and business drivers in CNC machining and programming and into production engineering, tooling, machining strategies

  • Travel up to 30% may be required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Business level English language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Autodesk CAM solution portfolio

  • Hands-on experience in creating post processors

  • Highly proficient in requirements gathering and discovery

  • Hands-on or pre-sales experience with CAD, MES, PDM/PLM and other software used by the manufacturing industry in addition to CAM
