About the Role

To drive operational improvement and efficiency through strategic system enhancement and innovative solutioning, ensuring streamlined processes and sustainable performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Volume and SLA Management

  • Manage and monitor operational volume to ensure timely processing within SLA.
  • Allocates resources efficiently to meet volume demands and minimize backlog.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on SLA breaches.

Quality Assurance

  • Maintain a high standard of quality on the case setup.

System & Product understanding

  • Develop in-dept knowledge of core systems and product functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot issues and act as a subject matter expert on system usage.

Project & System enhancement

  • Work closely with product and tech team to gather and define requirements for system enhancements
  • Prepare detailed User requirements (URS)
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system changes.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Bachelor degree with minimum 2 years related working experience especially Insurance, experience in Employee Benefits Product and system is preferred.
  • Mindset: Adaptable, Results driven, highly focus on quality, critical thinking, creative in problem solving and customer centric.
  • Technical knowledge and skills: Strong technical expertise related to core system and sub-system, strong understand in CS end-to-end process not limit to Claim, Billing, Collection, Call Center. Strong knowledge in insurance products feature, employee benefits knowledge is preferred
