Who you are:

As an Engineer I - Endpoint at Frost, you are our desktop expert! In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery and support of desktop services used by Frost end users. You’ll use your strong problem-solving skills to ensure production deployments are performing optimally and meet our high standards. More than that, this role is about finding solutions and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Support production deployments of desktop end user solutions; provide effective escalation support for the deployment
  • Support team communications in the production deployment process
  • Utilize desktop packaging and deployment systems such as Altiris, Microsoft SCCM, and ManageEngine
  • Maintain an up-to-date and knowledge of desktop and server hardware, operating systems, storage, data backup and recovery virtualizations, and directory services
  • Obtain and maintain all required industry certifications
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven ability to apply engineering principles to effectively resolve basic technical issues within Infrastructure and Operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Specialized certifications relevant to the organization’s technology stack and strategic goals
  • Relevant scripting or automation skills, such as PowerShell or VBScript
