The Role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, – Hourly Leader is responsible for executing and leading high‑volume hourly recruiting across multiple operational locations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring workforce continuity, meeting aggressive hiring timelines, and delivering a consistent and positive candidate experience while supporting LATAM Talent Acquisition objectives and business priorities.

What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)

  • Lead and execute end‑to‑end hourly recruiting processes, from requisition intake through hiring and onboarding support.
  • Partner closely with operations leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce demand, hiring urgency, and site‑specific needs.
  • Manage high‑volume candidate pipelines, ensuring speed, quality, and compliance with established TA processes.
  • Coordinate onsite recruiting activities including interviews, hiring events, job fairs, and mass hiring initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, TA Coordinators, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in the ATS and recruiting dashboards.
  • Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities to improve hiring efficiency, candidate flow, and experience for hourly roles.

  • Hourly roles are filled within agreed SLAs and operational workforce plans.
  • Strong, sustainable candidate pipelines are maintained for critical and recurring positions.
  • Hiring managers demonstrate high satisfaction with recruiting support, communication, and responsiveness.
  • Candidate experience standards and compliance requirements are consistently met.
  • Proactive identification and resolution of operational recruiting challenges across locations.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 4–6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to hourly or high‑volume hiring environments.
  • Proven experience partnering with operations and frontline leadership teams.
  • English proficiency is mandatory (professional working level for business communication).
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) and recruiting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.

Work Model & Travel

  • Fully onsite role, supporting hiring activities across multiple locations.
  • Intensive travel is required, with frequent presence at operational and manufacturing sites.
