Clario is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the execution of clinical trials. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely delivery of study startup, project execution, and closeout activities while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. You’ll collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to drive project success and contribute to Clario’s mission of unlocking better evidence for life-changing therapies.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead study startup activities by reviewing protocol requirements, defining project plans, and coordinating documentation with stakeholders

  • Manage project execution through resource planning, financial oversight, and adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines

  • Provide team leadership by setting performance expectations, delivering training, and supporting coaching and mentoring efforts

  • Support business development by contributing to capability presentations and representing Clario at professional meetings

  • Oversee project closeout by coordinating submission activities and ensuring completion of all final deliverables
     

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related healthcare field, or equivalent experience

  • 1–3 years of clinical trials experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical research organization, preferably in project management

  • Proven expertise in project planning, financial tracking, and regulatory compliance (GCP, ICH, FDA)

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Project

  • Demonstrated ability in leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
