Job Responsibility:

  • Inventory deployment: 
    • Seasonal demand update collection/review prior inventory deployment execution.
    • Drive seasonal inventory deployment plan preparation for cross function review and alignment.
    • Lead GC seasonal inventory deployment execution to drive right products in right place, ensure marketplace demand fulfillment by considering DC capacity balance.
  • Demand vs Capacity planning: 
    • Pre-season: Rolling 12 months demand forecast insights sharing with operation team for GC Tier 1-2-3 DCs, which include but not limit to inbound/outbound/inventory storage trend, collaborate with cross functional team for any capacity risk assessment and mitigation plan preparation.
    • Post-season: Rolling 12 months demand forecast insights sharing with operation team for GC reverse DCs, which include but not limit to inbound/outbound/inventory storage trend, collaborate with cross functional team for any capacity risk assessment and mitigation plan preparation.
    • STO: To support cross DC flow/capacity/inventory healthy optimization by leveraging STO process, drive/involve E2E STO planning and execution
    • Act as the voice of capacity planning to drive within Supply Chain team to secure prior solution with quality and influence capability development continuously. 
    • Track and manage operation feedback regarding capacity constraints by collaborate with upstream.

Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):

  • Above 5 years’ supply chain planning experience in a major logistic area
  • Ability to work across multiple functions and drive action via the consensus and alignment with multiple internal cross functional key stakeholders & external teams (3rd Party vendors etc.);
  • Strongly data analytical skills with excellent Excel skill setup;
  • Fluent English is a must for the role, both written and spoken.
  • Team leader & people manage experience.
