IT Service Desk Tech Intern
Location – hybrid: Palo Alto, CA
As an IT Services Desk Tech Intern at Intapp, you will become a part of our internal IT team committed to helping our employees provide AI-powered solutions to hundreds of the largest professional service firms worldwide.

You will be embedded within the IT Infrastructure team and explore the functions within the group’s technology stack. What you’ll do:
As a member of the IT Team, you will administer Windows and Linux Servers, support our employees, work in network administration and help develop and deliver new solutions. You will have exposure to Intapp’s virtualization environments (VMware, Azure, and AWS), Windows and Linux servers, Meraki networking solutions, Okta Identity and Security systems, and the Microsoft 365s administration suite.
What you’ll need:
Junior or Senior pursuing a 4-year technical degree
High academic performance in Computer Science courses
Experience with Virtualization technologies (Azure, VMware, AWS) is a plus
Commitment to teamwork and strong communication skills
Excited to solve technical problems
Bonus if you have:
Can easily thrive working in an energizing environment
Bias towards finding solutions vs. shutting down ideas
Detail-oriented and organized
