部門紹介

APAC　TEBGグループ　サプライチェーン組織内のデマンドプランニンググループになります。

担当分野

CBTD（主にDINOC、ウィンドフィルム、コマーシャルケア製品）をお願いします。

主な業務

担当ビジネス部門のマーケティングおよびセールスと協議して短期（2か月）から長期（2年先）までの需要予測を決定しSAPシステム（APO DP）に入力→デマンドマネージをする業務です。

適切なデマンドを維持していくために下記が主なルーティーンとなります

・販売会議での需要情報収集　　　Salesおよびマーケティングから需要トレンド入手（月次）

・デマンドデータレビュー会議　　設定したデマンド状況をビジネスおよび製造にホストとしてレビュー（週次）・結果をAPACへレポート

・オーダー状況チェック＆補正　　オーダー状況と予測の整合チェック（日次）

・APACへの担当分野の状況報告　 月次での精度報告（2か月前に予測したデマンド数量 vs３M ID毎の誤差とオーダー毎の納期遅延率を報告）　　　　

・精度改善活動　　　　　　　　　APAC、ビジネスサイド、サプライプランニングと協業してデマンド精度向上を図るプロジェクト運営（ホスト）

製造プラン業務およびデータ集計＆分析業務経験者を歓迎します。また該当製品のビジネス経験者も歓迎いたします。

上記が未経験でもデータ集計＆分析業務が苦にならない方であれば、SAPシステム（APO DP）の使用方法に関して時間を取って教育を実施させていただきます。

ビジネスサイドの要望を汲み取り、精度の高いデマンドデータを設定していくので、コミュニケーション力のある方を望みます。

APACとのコミュニケーション機会が多いので英語での交渉（プレゼンテーションを含む）を積極的に行っていただける方を希望します。
