Crypto.com is seeking a CRM Manager, Regional Delivery to oversee the execution and localization of cross-channel CRM communications tailored to regional markets (including but not limited to APAC, partially LATAM/US/CA). This role is critical in ensuring that CRM messages/ campaigns meet compliance and legal requirements while maximizing their effectiveness across diverse languages and regions. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as legal, product, and marketing—to deliver localized, customer-focused campaigns that enhance retention, drive engagement, and unlock cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
Key responsibilities include managing the localization of CRM automations, ensuring alignment with regional legal and compliance standards, supporting ad hoc CRM initiatives across multiple regions, and providing insights through regional CRM dashboards and analytics.
