Job Description Summary

To ensures that all A/R and A/P transactions are posted regularly and invoices sent to clients. Ensures documentation for all invoices and payments are properly maintained.

Job Description

• Post vendor bills in Netsuite / Tipalti
• Assist Accountants in managing payables process
• Assist in preparing some schedules for month-end closing process
• Post bank payments and bank reconciliations
• To support AR specialist in daily tasks
• Prepare reports as requested
• Perform other tasks as requested.
