We are currently hiring into our inbound Motor insurance teams, supporting existing or potential new members of RAC.
Upcoming start dates -
Within this role you will receive on average 50-60 inbound calls per day, you will be first point of contact for existing members with any questions, query updates or change or circumstance they may want to discuss.
You will also receive inbound sales enquiries from potential new members looking to discuss insurance products and services that RAC offer.
The contact centre is open 7 days a week and the opening hours are - Monday - Friday between 7.00am - 10.30pm & Saturday - Sunday 8.30am - 5.00pm.
This is a full-time opportunity working 37.5 hours per week.

Training courses are full time Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and range between 5 – 7 weeks from the start date.
