Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:
 

SPECIALIST FINANCE in Billing team
 

Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia 
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work with customer daily and periodic billing processes;
• Process ad-hoc debit/credit billing;
• Take part in month end closing processes according to reporting schedule;
• Respond to customers' queries;
• Perform other department’s tasks according to manager’s assignment;
• Handle internal and external requests;
• Participate in improvement projects.
   

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Higher education in economics / finance;
• Experience in accounting;
• Good computer skills (MS Office);
• General understanding of ERP system;
• Fluent English to communicate with colleagues in Europe / America;
• Very good communication and collaboration skills;
• Precise, analytical, organized and stress resistant personality;
• Improvement driven and good team player.
