About Us – Neosho Acute Care

• Neosho Acute Care is a Medical/Surgical unit that cares for General Medical patients and a variety of both Orthopedic and General Surgical patients

• Variety of diagnosis including Respiratory Illness, GI Illness, Diabetes and Post-op care

• Acute Care is a floor that offers the opportunity to learn a wide range of skills and embrace a large variety of different diagnoses 

Schedule: Full Time Evenings (40hrs/week) Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm

What You'll Do

Assists the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing Services to develop, plan, implement, direct, coordinate and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Acute Care, Swingbed Program, Inpatient and Outpatient Wound Care and Outpatient Infusion Services. Collaborates with other management team members to develop and foster an effective clinical climate working jointly with administration, physicians, and staff to develop the nursing department mission, vision, values, goals, long range plans, services, and capital and operational budgets, and approve policies and procedures.

Requirements

Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.
