This role is part of the Thailand operations and is responsible for supporting the logistics & order management function for Thailand. This role performs scheduled tasks, including ad-hoc/projects for overall logistics and customer service activities through product/information flows, focusing on key metrics, compliance, and supporting business growth. He/She ensures timely supply of goods maintaining the accuracy of inventory records including product returns, while managing short UBD & inactive inventory.

- Customer Order Fulfillment

  • Manage all kind of customer Service activities for assigned business units including customer purchase receiving, sales order creation, delivery date maintenance, backorder management, credit limit check, invoicing, credit memo communications, distribution coordination with 3PL/ Warehouse, and monthly sales closing

  • Generate order and invoice reports as required

- Logistics

  • Manage import/export, customs clearance process

  • Coordinate with external vendors on import/export, product storage and local delivery shipments

  • Coordinate with sales team and external vendor to carry our distribution of products to customers on a timely manner

  • Ensure Service quality which includes handling of delivery delays, delivery errors, damages, etc.

  • Stringent expired product and damage product management, including isolation and disposal

  • Act on write-off / demo conversion transactions, physical scrap processes

Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related fields
- Prefer, 2 years working experience in customer service/logistics/supply chain MNC commercial settings. Medical Device experience is an advantage.
- JDE / SAP working experience a strong plus.
