Job Description
- Responsible for the daily operation and management of the company's social media (e.g. WeChat, Red, Douyin, etc.), including content planning, writing, editing, publishing and promotion.
- Manage the vendors of the company's official account and supervise them to provide more high-quality and efficient content.
- Formulate social media operation strategies to improve the attention, fan volume and interaction rate of the platform.
- Track the promotion effect of the social media platform, analyze the data and adjust the operation strategy in time.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute online and offline new media marketing activities.
- Explore and analyze user needs, understand industry dynamics, and provide valuable suggestions for the company's products and services.
Job Requirement
- 3 years’ relevant experience in content management at Social Media platform, e.g. topic planning, content writing, Video shooting and editing, account operation, and traffic analysis, etc.
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in journalism, media, advertising, marketing and other related majors.
- Proficient in the operation and operating rules of new media platforms, such as WeChat, Red, Douyin, etc.
- Solid writing skills, able to independently write high-quality copy, including press releases, promotional copy, event copy, etc.
- Skilled in using image processing software (e.g. Photoshop) and video editing software (e.g. Premiere, Cutting, etc.), able to produce attractive images and video content.
- Familiar with online marketing and promotion tools, such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, etc., and have certain online activity planning and execution ability.
- Career as a reporter or editor in the media is preferred.
- Experience in the hotel or travel industry is preferred.
