The Business Applications Analyst – Sell & Retain is a solution‑oriented analyst responsible for supporting and evolving non‑SAP applications and integrations that enable selling, customer retention, pricing execution, regulatory compliance touchpoints, and downstream customer experience. This role partners closely with Commercial, Pricing, Customer Experience, and DT teams to ensure systems are stable, compliant, and aligned with business needs. The role requires comfort navigating ambiguity, owning issues end‑to‑end, and stepping seamlessly across systems, regions, and processes as business needs evolve.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Own day-to-day support for Sell & Retain non-SAP applications and digital tools (intake, triage, prioritization, and customer communication)

  • Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and defects in ServiceNow, including root cause analysis and coordination of break/fix work

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (process flows, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria) in partnership with business team

  • Support application enhancements, testing, and release activities

  • Coordinate releases and production changes (deployments, validations, communications, and post-release hypercare) following change and release processes

  • Monitor key integrations and data flows (e.g., customer, pricing, billing, regulatory touchpoints), investigate discrepancies, and maintain functional documentation and user guidance

       MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

  • 3–7 years of experience as an Applications Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst

  • Experience supporting non-SAP enterprise applications

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

  • Experience working with global business stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements and deliver effective, compliant solutions.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and third‑party vendors.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross‑functional team environment and build strong working relationships.

  • Strong time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, project management principles, change and release processes, and security and compliance standards.
