職務目的

外資系IT専門商社の物流部門にて、RMA（返品）管理および修理受付業務を担当していただきます。

主な業務内容

• RMA入荷時の検品（仕分け、伝票との照合、外観確認、同梱品の確認、受領処理）

• RMA出荷業務（メーカー返品に関する作業リストの作成・処理および出荷対応）

• 在庫管理（循環棚卸、資材棚卸、現品番号の管理、リワーク対応）

• 修理受付業務（販売店とメーカー間の見積もり・修理対応の調整、電話対応含む）

• 上司からのその他指示業務

• 作業場の整理整頓および清掃作業場の整理整頓・清掃

必要な知識・スキル・経験

•日本語ネイティブレベル

• チームワークを重視し、スピード感のある環境で自立して業務を遂行できる能力

• PCスキル（Officeソフトの使用経験）

• 社内外との電話対応経験

歓迎スキル・経験

• PCを使用した事務職の経験

• 倉庫業務の経験

予定勤務時間：9：00-17：20（休憩1時間含む）
