We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team in Taiwan. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
As part of a regional team, you will be working closely with internal stakeholders and clients across borders. Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences are key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with sales targets
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, support) to meet client needs
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Maintain accurate sales records and reporting using CRM tools
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable with in-person, on-site client engagement in Taiwan
English proficiency (business level or above)
Additional languages such as Japanese, Korean, or others are highly desirable
Experience in international or multi-cultural environments is a plus
Background in [insert industry if applicable – e.g., tech, manufacturing, B2B sales]
