The North America Brand Management Team (across Womens/Mens/Kids) is the marketing function responsible for leading and driving plans that serve the brand and business. Our goal is to know & serve inspiration, innovation and enablement to unlock the power of sport for every athlete*.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Lead for Women’s Training to join our Beaverton-based Brand Management team. 

This role will focus on driving the marketplace amplification strategy & execution of Global Women’s priority Training concepts across North Amercia. The Women’s Training lead will be responsible for creating and managing our seasonal brand plans and always-on priorities, while collaborating closely with North America functional and city partners.

The ideal candidate is forward-thinking and curious, can innovate with autonomy, is attune to our ever evolving consumer trends, and has deep knowledge of the North America fitness/training landscape. This individual will also have a proven track record of leading with a clear vision and strategic attitude, thrive in a collaborative environment, be able to lead multiple projects, and be able to build strong working relationships across a matrixed organization. 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Brand Lead for Women’s Training, you are responsible for bringing our seasonal training brand plans to life - work that will drive brand strength, fuel consumer demand, and strengthen our daily connection with members. Leading with insights, you will obsess how to make our brand, product, and services resonate with our Women’s training consumer, while driving a networked offense across Global, Geo and City Teams.

As a North America Women’s Fitness Brand Lead, you will:

  • Support and drive the development of seasonal integrated marketing plans
  • Manage and foster collaboration throughout the Consumer Code process to engage with our key cross-functional partners
  • Supporting an end-to-end process, with strong organizational skills
  • Compiling and unpacking insights from consumers
  • Partnering with key cross-functional team members to define, adapt, extend, and execute key experiences for consumers and members
  • Overseeing product integration into seasonal programming
  • Managing asset development and distribution across multiple channels to ensure purposeful and choreographed storytelling
  • Pioneering new ways of unlocking an always-on Training proposition to complement seasonal priorities
  • Working back with finance to track expense against budgets

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As our Women’s Training Brand Lead you will report directly into the NA Women’s Training Brand Director and you will work across a multitude of groups within the organization, across all levels.  This is a team sport and will require consistent collaboration, partnership and consensus with critical stakeholder groups.

NA Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sports Marketing, Integrated Media & our City Women’s Brand Management teams will be critical partners to crafting and driving our consumer plans and vision. You will establish a close partnership with Global Brand and NA Creative to ensure concepts, journeys, and tactical deliverables are met and align with objectives.  You will liaise with Brand Marketing Operations on the end-to-end processes as well as day-to-day management of programs.  And you will collaborate with key members of the NA Brand Marketing team to drive the intersection of Nike Training x Sport across the broader NA Marketing offense.

In addition to building valuable connections with our internal partners, you will also be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships externally, including agency partners.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or combination of relevant education, experience and training
  • Excellent internal relationship-building skills with ability to influence working teams and key partners, gaining sponsorship and buy-in from many levels
  • Excellent external relationship-building and management skills with ability to forge strong partnerships that extend the impact the brand has on the consumer and local communities
  • 5+ years experience in consumer marketing or related experience in retail marketing and/or digital brand marketing
  • Demonstrated genuine passion and deep understanding of the Women’s Fitness/Training landscape; consumer, trainers, trends, modalities, product, sources of influence
  • Strong written, visual, and verbal/presentation skills
  • Experience working within teams and a team-first mentality
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile culture—someone who embraces and leads through change and ambiguity
  • Digital marketing acumen and creator-led content experience
  • Ability to balance creativity with organization and subject area in fast moving, ambiguous environment
  • Fluency reading consumer data and crafting measurement and optimization plans
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
  • Detail oriented. This position requires someone who can build plans, presentations, and keep the team moving cohesively in the right direction
