  The role partners closely with Finance sub-teams (Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Controlling, Reporting) and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects with financial impact are delivered efficiently, on time, within scope and in line with governance and compliance standards.

 

  The position acts as a bridge between Finance and the wider organization, bringing structure, transparency, and disciplined execution to change initiatives and process improvements.

• <point>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management or a related field with 3–5+ years of project management experience, ideally within Finance or IT in a fast-paced environment.</point>
• <point>Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira preferred).</point>
• <point>Basic understanding of Finance processes and financial systems is an advantage.</point>
• <point>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities.</point>
• <point>Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.</point>
• <point>CAPM, Prince2 or other relevant project management certification is a plus; ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.</point>
