Construction UPW Engineerは広島工場(Fab15)内のプロセス/設備/製造の流れを理解したうえで、安全関連法令、環境関連法令を順守しFacility超純水製造設備ならびに排水処理設備の計画、安定稼働を推進する。また同施設の用水（工業用水･上水・下水）、薬品ならびにメンテナンスコスト削減を積極的に推進することにより継続的に運用コストの削減を図る。さらに関連するリスクの低減を図り、災害・事故を撲滅して安全で快適な職場環境を作る。

職務内容：
1. Facility超純水製造設備、排水処理設備の計画、設置導入、試運転（性能検査）
・現状の負荷を把握し、将来計画（新棟建設含む）を見据えた水バランス計画
・社内顧客の要求をまとめた仕様書のとりまとめ（純水・排水の各要求水質）
　（法令、規制（社内規格含む）に順守した設計、許認可。技術的VE提案）
・ベンダー設計の評価、議論と検討
・プロジェクトマネジメント（コストマネジメント、スケジュールマネジメント、スペース
　マネジメント、安全マネジメント）
・最適な運転方案の策定、トレーニング
2.同設備のメンテナンスサポート
3.同設備のオペレーションサポート（トラブル解決含む）
4.同設備の運用コスト削減（省エネ、省資源含む）
5.同設備の運用におけるリスク低減、災害・事故撲滅
6.業務効率化

要件：
（必須要件）
1.計装/制御に関する知識、SCADAによる監視設備構築の知識
設備制御、PLC制御の実務経験（3年以上）
Building Automating, Process Automation 実務経験（3年以上）
2.ITシステムに関する知識　(VM server, Windows PC, Storage, Database, Network) 
3. 一般PCスキル(EXCEL Word, PowerPoint, CAD等)  
4.安全、防災、環境保全に関連する一般的知識および関係法令の理解  
5.高いコミュニケーションスキル、および問題を視覚化し、他の人に伝える能力  
6.業務に優先順位を付けてスケジュールを設定し、複数のタスクを同時に処理する能力  
7.科学的思考に基づく問題解決能力、報告・連絡・問題点のエスカレーション能力
（望ましい要件）
1.半導体工場のプロセス/Facility設備/製造の基本的理解
2.基礎的な英語理解、英語によるコミュニケーション（グローバルメンバーとの協働）
3.機械、電気、化学工学又は関連分野の学位号
