Who we are looking for

A person who work as a client service representative within a Global Custody Client Service team and handle the day to day client inquiries coming from Asset management Company, Trust Banks and Insurance Companies, closely working with core stakeholders, Global operation team in overseas, Tokyo Client services and other team members.

What you will be responsible for

DAY-TO-DAY WORK on CLIENT SERVICE

  • Reply on customers’ inquiry related to corporate action (including class action), income (dividend / interest), Income tax claim and proxy voting.

  • Analyze/research corporate actions event or tax related event, using the existing resources

  • Prepare the client report and dispatch without any backlogs.

  • Encourages relationship building with both clients and stakeholders

  • Actively promotes effective query resolution and maintenance of service standards

  • Grasp client needs and prepare the feedback to satisfy client’s intention with high standard client services.

  • Demonstrates high level of standard with accuracy and timeliness on client communication.

  • Review the operation process and instruct the processing method to operation team.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Financial institutions or understand the trustee scheme & securities settlement system.
  • Excellent and advanced oral and written communication in Japanese, basic English oral and written communication
