Summary:

Partners with the Corporate Partnerships and Wellness (CPW) Manager to elevate South Florida’s health and wellness impact based upon Memorial Healthcare System’s (MHS) goals. This senior level departmental role collaborates closely with the CPW Manager to focus on initiatives that drive health education and service line growth across South Florida and guides CPW Specialist and CPW Representatives. Staff guidance includes training, event scheduling, assignment of tactics/activities, and review of work deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Collaborates with the CPW Manager to plan and implement special events that meet the objective of MHS (i.e., Ribbon cuttings, open houses, executive events). This includes overseeing CPW staffing as well as operational aspects, including registration, participant relations, time management, trouble shooting, operations budget, etc.Collects data, maintains databases, and runs reports on campaigns, programs and activities that empowers the CPW Manager to objectively measure results and optimize future efforts.Understands the service lines and specific services MHS supports and implements targeted strategies and tactics to meet departmental goals and increase market share. Co-leads community engagement meetings with Business Development Director(s). Oversees CPW departmental tasks, events and projects, including vendor booths, community activity, programs and lectures based on seasonal/calendar-related events (e.g., national disease awareness months, campaigns), and population needs assessments for North Dade to Palm Beach.Works closely with CPW Manager to identify, build and maintain relationships that support MHS goals. These partnerships and sponsorships include key stakeholders, city and municipality leaders, business chambers, potential sponsorship organizations, and strategically aligned agencies across South Florida.Represents the CPW team within MHS as well as externally to the public, via online, print and in- person activities, as assigned by the CPW Manager, to maximize brand exposure, engagement and expansion. This includes: (a) Community events and other outreach programs supporting brand building and service line growth. (b) Events connecting consumers who have specific health risks/needs to relevant health system physicians, clinical programs and services. (c) Integrated traditional, web, social media and mobile campaign/communication tactics to generate MHS awareness and response.
