Education: BE / BTech - Mechanical; Diploma in Mechanical

Experience: Min 5-7 years in Manufacturing environment

Job Description

• ​Responsible for implementation of Hillenbrand Operating systems like Zoning / 5S / Standardization/ Problem Solving,
• Responsible for the Equipment Tools & to drive, improve & sustain them.
• Responsible for CI Audits & CI Projects (to Implement, Achieve, Drive, and Acquire).
• Responsible for Process development and for the Productivity.
• Responsible for Time and Motion study.
• Responsible for CI flow line and giving training to other people.
• Responsible for Waste Identification & Elimination hence improving processes

Managerial Skill: Ability to motivate a workforce, Analytical skills, Learning Attitude, Self-Initiator, Risk Taking ability, Time management

Functional / Technical Skill:

• Lean Manufacturing training,
• Preferred Green Belt Certified,
• Excellent Verbal & Written communication,
• Computer skills,
