About the Role

Responsible for developing strategic plans at group, entity, or function level to ensure continued success of growth and profitability

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. SI Pipeline & Prioritization Management

  • Build and implement SI pipeline review & prioritization mechanism for SIC effective discussion & decision

  • Conduct regular review with joint parties on cross-project impact & inter-dependency, including resource rolling planning  management

  • Facilitate SIC to do efficient & effective discussion on SI prioritization & resource allocation

2. Build and implement special requirement on material SI to drive effective project steering committee management in whole life cycle

3. Build and manage overall governance & guidance, including policy localization

4. Advice & facilitate business partner to better articulate business case on strategy alignment / objective / benefits / solution

5. Conduct quality and on time management reporting and analysis tasks

6. Other strategic analysis related tasks assigned by department head

Minimum Job Requirements:

1. 4-6 yrs of consulting experience or related strategy or planning position in insurance industry (with life insurance experience as plus)

2. Good logical thinking and analysis capabilities, (financial model skill as a plus)

Relevant PM skills

3. Great PPT/EXCEL skills

4. Good communications in both Chinese and English, oral and written
