What you will do:

  • Owner for strategic planning for EHS learning content across the company
  • Strategically monitors periodic performance reports for trends and conditions and makes recommendations for improvement.
  • Leads projects related to improving learning content.
  • Create best practices by developing interpersonal relationships and sharing knowledge to provide solutions.  
  • Communication on technical content and problem solving. Collaboration with teams to solve problems.

What you will have:

  • Experience:
    • 4-year degree or 5+ years of experience
  • Interpersonal Relationships and Collaborating: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Knowledge, and ability to apply, approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems.
  • Overcoming Resistance to Change: Understanding and insight into the futility of refusing to accept the inevitable and ability to overcome resistance and adapt to a complex and changing environment.
  • Decision Making, Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
  • Influence and Leadership Skills: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization. Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there.
  • Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Policy Compliance: Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies; ability to implement EHS policies to ensure that provided products and services are safe for people and the environment and in compliance with legal requirements and standards.
