RTR T&E Compliance Specialist

Checking compliance of received travel expenses with company policy and legal requirements
Reviewing of enclosed receipts, invoices and other required documents
Processing of travel and other business related expenses in dedicated systems
Checking payment proposal for employees payments
Credit refund resolution in cooperation with credit card team
Follow up on disputed and aged items to comply with established Key Performance Indicators
Independent resolution of issues with respect to local specifications and regulations
Escalation of disputed items that are in breach of legal requirements and/or internal regulations
Reporting disputed items in breach of legal and internal requirements to the respective departments (Human Resources, Legal Compliance Counsel)
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
Financial education: Experience in accounting/financial position ideally for at least 2 years but also suitable for fresh graduates with relevant economic education/training
English: Intermediate
SAP: Basic transactions (advantage, not obligatory)
Excel: Intermediate
Good Time management skills and communication skills
Analytical thinking
Team player
