RTR T&E Compliance Specialist

At Adient, we are proud to offer hybrid working to our employees, which involves being able to work remotely for up to 3 days per week based on the agreement within specific department.

What will your responsibilities be?
  • Checking compliance of received travel expenses with company policy and legal requirements
  • Reviewing of enclosed receipts, invoices and other required documents
  • Processing of travel and other business related expenses in dedicated systems
  • Checking payment proposal for employees payments
  • Credit refund resolution in cooperation with credit card team
  • Follow up on disputed and aged items to comply with established Key Performance Indicators
  • Independent resolution of issues with respect to local specifications and regulations
  • Escalation of disputed items that are in breach of legal requirements and/or internal regulations
  • Reporting disputed items in breach of legal and internal requirements to the respective departments (Human Resources, Legal Compliance Counsel)

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
  • Financial education: Experience in accounting/financial position ideally for at least  2 years but also suitable for fresh graduates with relevant economic education/training
  • English: Intermediate
  • SAP: Basic transactions (advantage, not obligatory)
  • Excel: Intermediate
  • Good Time management skills and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Team player
