As employees, we take pride in contributing to the world’s largest and only full-stack cloud communication platform. But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it: with curiosity, passion, and a whole lot of collaboration.

If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.

Let’s build what’s next, together.

What this role is all about

As a Brand Marketing Specialist, you’ll help bring Infobip’s brand to life through high-impact programs and activations, including our partnership with MoneyGram Haas F1 Team. You’ll join the Brand team—a group dedicated to strategy, creative, and partnerships—focused on telling compelling stories and creating brand love at scale.

Your mission is to drive visibility, engagement, and connection between our brand and audiences through integrated campaigns, sponsorship activations, and on-the-ground experiences.

What you’ll do

  •  Plan and execute brand activations across channels, with a focus on MoneyGram Haas F1 Team partnership.

  • Support content production, hospitality experiences, and coordination for key race weekends.

  • Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, assets, and experiences.

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals for brand activations.

  • Assist in identifying and developing new brand partnership opportunities.

  • Support execution of global brand campaigns and seasonal programs beyond F1.

  • Maintain an activation calendar and provide internal updates, recaps, and briefings.

  • Track and report on key metrics such as reach, engagement, and brand health.

  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and creators for content and campaign production.

  • Collaborate with regional teams to activate brand initiatives and measure performance.

What makes you a strong fit

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, sponsorship activation, or partnership marketing.

  • Proven experience managing or supporting large-scale brand partnerships (sports, entertainment, cultural).

  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling and integrated marketing programs.

  • Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Experience working with creative teams and content production processes.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into action.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Nice-to-have qualifications

  • Experience in IT industry (preferably in SaaS companies).

  • Passion for Formula 1 or experience in motorsports/automotive sponsorships.
