How you’ll make an impact:

• Effective and timely delivery of Order to Cash processes according to the agreed deadlines and in line with audit recommendations;

• Provide support for peers and managers on Order to Cash specific activities;

• Maintain a close relationship with key internal/external stakeholders;

• Ensure all controls are performed and adhered to as per the agreed SLA’s and internal procedures;

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to the Order to Cash processes and activities;

• Support the Knowledge Management framework initiatives in area of responsibility as per internal guidelines;

• Collaborate with other functions in delivering cross functional initiatives and projects;

• Share own knowledge and expertise, when needed or requested by the Order to Cash management, to ensure a high level of accuracy and efficiency on processes and activities;

• Follows company guidelines & learning paths to acquire/develop new/existing skills/knowledge for both personal development and business deliverables;

• Contribute, as agreed with Order to Cash management, to migration of new activities or other transformation/expansion initiatives;

• Support Knowledge Management framework in terms of training materials update and onboarding of new joiners;

• Closely communicate with the End Markets and Order to Cash Teams to ensure end to end process continuity when required.

Skills that make your work successful:

• Finance Accounting English -Proficiency level;

• Bachelor s Degree;

• Experience between 5-7 years in the respective field;

• General Accounting practices;

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions;

• Experience on a similar role will be a plus;

• University studies with a professional qualification in the field of accounting;

• A good understanding of the principles/experience in group and corporate finance;

• Ability to set priorities and resilience;

• Ability to identify process improvements and proactively implement solutions;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Excellent working relationships with all stakeholders and team spirit.
